By accessing and using the GenLeadAI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
GenLeadAI provides branding, marketing strategy, and lead generation services for B2B and e-commerce businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GenLeadAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of services. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement. GenLeadAI is a GST-registered entity. GSTIN/UIN: 17BVKPA9777N1ZP. Applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing GST regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
GenLeadAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
